The 3M™ Littmann® CORE digital stethoscope features the excellent acoustics and quality as well as the outstanding wearing comfort of a Littmann Cardiology stethoscope, reinforced by powerful digital technology. Up to 40x amplification¹ and active noise cancellation allow you to perform auscultations with extra confidence. The 3M Littmann Core stethoscope offers connectivity with Eko software on a smart device² so you can visualize, store and share data.

Take hearing to a whole new level

The FDA-cleared 3M™ Littmann® CORE digital stethoscope allows you to switch between analog and amplified listening modes. This allows you to choose your preferred mode during the examination.
The dual-frequency technology, a 3M invention, allows you to control the diaphragm by varying the contact pressure of the chest piece so that different frequency ranges can be heard. For low-frequency tones, gently press the chest-piece onto the patient; for high-frequency tones, increase the pressure on the chest-piece. The soft eartips adapt precisely to the ear canals and thus offer optimum wearing comfort and excellent noise insulation.

The 3M™ Littmann® CORE Digital Stethoscope allows you to secure and annotate 15, 30, 60, or 120 second recordings in a secure environment using Eko software for iOS and Android with HIPAA-compliant means. Create your own audio library of heart sounds to document disease progression, whether for training purposes or for patient handover to colleagues.

The 3M Littmann CORE-Digital stethoscope consists of a CORE-Digital attachment and a 3M Littmann Cardiology IV stethoscope. The instructions for use can be found in the respective operating instructions.
Please note that the 3M Littmann CORE digital stethoscope is guaranteed for 2 years. The warranty period stated in the Littmann Cardiologie IV Stethoscope Instructions for Use applies only to the purchase of a Littmann Cardiologie IV Stethoscope when purchased separately.
